Career
Prof. Dr. Brigitte Winkler is co-founder and partner of A47 Consulting, a consulting firm for corporate development and management diagnostics in Munich. Her consulting focus includes the selection and coaching of executives as well as consulting on change projects. Before founding her own consulting firm, she held management positions at HypoVereinsbank AG in Germany and abroad, where her responsibilities included implementing HR strategies in change projects following restructuring or post-merger phases. For around 20 years, she has been co-editor of the journal “OrganisationsEntwicklung,” the leading German-language journal for change management and corporate development. She studied and earned her doctorate in business psychology at LMU and holds consulting-related certifications as a senior management coach, supervisor, mediator, aptitude diagnostician, and change manager. In her consulting work and publications, she is committed to promoting the creation of stimulating, productive, and healthy work environments.
