We aim to unlock how artificial intelligence can generate long-term business value across organisations and sectors
The BCG x TUM AI Strategy Research Cluster is a joint initiative between the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and the Chair of Strategy and Organization of the School of Management at the Technical University of Munich (TUM).
Our cluster brings together leading scholars and practitioners to investigate how artificial intelligence can be strategically integrated to create business value.
By combining academic rigor with real-world business expertise, we aim to close the gap between research and practice—developing frameworks, insights, and capabilities that guide organizations in leveraging AI responsibly and effectively
What we are working on
Our research spans the intersection of artificial intelligence, strategy, and organizational behavior addressing how AI reshapes the way firms create and sustain value.
We pursue high-impact research that bridges theoretical insight, empirical evidence, and actionable implications for organizations.
We actively seek collaborations with researchers and institutions on joint publications, conferences, workshops, and empirical studies.
