Difficult conversations can be categorized into two levels. The first level involves emotional issues like grief, death, and illness, which require sensitivity and empathy. The second level encompasses conflict resolution in both business and personal relationships, where finding common ground and maintaining healthy connections is important. Additionally, there are personal relationships involving close family and friends, and professional relationships within the workplace, which require effective communication skills to foster positive interactions.
