Ark Climate has grown rapidly this year, thus we need a scalable, lightweight success model for an expanded customer base.
Going forward, we want to define a clear end-to-end journey to accelerate value realization and deliver great product experience.

Jobs-To-Be-Done

Onboard our new customers in the software
Systematically gather and analyze customer insights and translate them into clear recommendations
Partner with product and engineering to design, ship, and roll out new features in our software

Project Team

Creative and driven individuals passionate about climate action & customer insights.
Experience or strong interest in customer insights, new technologies and green-tech.
Self-starter mindset & ability to work independently in a mission-driven environment.

The Chair for Strategy and Organization is focused on research with impact. This means we do not want to repeat old ideas and base our research solely on the research people did 10 years ago. Instead, we currently research topics that will shape the future. Topics such as Agile Organisations and Digital Disruption, Blockchain Technology, Creativity and Innovation, Digital Transformation and Business Model Innovation, Diversity, Education: Education Technology and Performance Management, HRTech, Leadership, and Teams.. We are always early in noticing trends, technologies, strategies, and organisations that shape the future, which has its ups and downs.

Expected Deliverables

Customer Journey: outline opportunities to improve onboarding and early adoption
Product Insights: summarize customer insights and indicate directions for potential feature enhancements
