💡 Background
As Artificial Intelligence (AI) continues to redefine business operations globally, its integration has become increasingly vital for companies seeking competitive advantage. Within the insurance sector, AI offers transformative potential, enabling enhanced efficiency, risk management, and customer experiences. This project focuses on exploring the application of Generative AI (GenAI) within the Allianz Germany. By identifying scalable GenAI use cases, the project aims to provide actionable insights for Allianz’ strategic advancement in the evolving landscape of AI-driven innovation.

🎯 Goal
The goal of this project is to comprehensively analyze and evaluate the application of GenAI in the business environment of Allianz, as well as to develop specific recommendations for 3-5 use cases that are scalable across Allianz entities.
Scope
- Duration of 3 months, requiring a “Full-time” commitment of the students (TBD)
- Project group of 3-5 Students (Advanced Bachelor and Master Students)
- Allianz Consulting will supervise the students by hosting regular discussion sessions with the project group
Deliverables
- Project report or slide deck (TBD)
- 20-30 min final presentation in front of the TUM and Allianz Consulting supervisors
📄 Tasks
- Conduct market research and trend analysis
- Develop 3-5 application scenarios for Generative AI at Allianz
- Evaluate available technologies
- Perform risk and compliance assessment
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring success
- Present your findings in form of a presentation in the end of the project
