💡 Background

MCube Consulting is part of the MCube Network – Munich Cluster for the Future of Mobility in Metropolitan Regions.

We support the translation of research-based mobility and innovation projects into real-world implementation, working with:

  • Cities & municipalities
  • Public-sector organizations
  • Companies

through evidence-based consulting and digital solution development.

We collaborate closely with TUM, local authorities, and innovation partners to help turn mobility, data, and infrastructure concepts into reality.

🚀 Your Tasks

As a working student, you will collaborate with our consulting team and technical developers.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Developing data-driven dashboards, prototypes, and tools (e.g., Python, Streamlit, Dash, Plotly)
  • Analyzing mobility & transportation data and deriving insights
  • Contributing to web tools, data platforms, or simulations
  • Visualizing results for workshops, presentations, and reports
  • Optional: Project management and proposal support

🎯 What You Should Bring

You are a great fit if you:

  • Are enrolled as a student (Bachelor or Master, ideally from 4th semester)
  • Have interest in mobility, digital transformation, and smart cities
  • Have experience in software development or data analysis
  • (e.g., Python, Jupyter, Pandas, NumPy, etc.)

  • Enjoy visualizing and prototyping
  • Work in a structured way and communicate well in interdisciplinary teams

Optional (nice-to-have, not required):

  • Streamlit / Dash / Plotly
  • Tableau, PowerBI, or QGIS
  • API development, Docker, or cloud tools
