💡 Background
Grundschule an der Führichstraße is one of Munich's large elementary schools with children from different millieus and socio-economic backgrounds. At the Grundschule an der Führichstraße, every child with his or her talents, abilities and skills is placed at the center of attention and supported in the best possible way. The aim is to send competent children on to secondary schools.
With its partners, the Grundschule an der Führichstraße and its voluntary support association Förderverein KommMIT e. V. encourage and support pupils to strengthen their strengths and compensate for their weaknesses.
To date, the Förderverein KommMIT e. V. has supported all activities at the elementary school on a voluntary basis. To advance the elementary school's initiatives for achieving educational equality, the Förderverein KommMIT e. V. is in the process of implementing substantial modifications to assume additional responsibilities and professionalize itself. The essential personnel and material resources for this professionalization should be raised sustainably via sponsorship management.
This project study is specifically dedicated to the task of elevating and professionalizing the sponsorship management of Förderverein KommMIT e. V.

- Develop and implement a professional sponsorship management strategy
- Identify and engage with relevant sponsors
- Create a compelling slide deck for pitching to potential sponsors

- Team of 2-4 students in the Bachelor's or Master's program
- German (at least parts of the team), as you work with the German association system
- Ability and motivation to think strategically and work conceptually
- Interest in the organization and professionalization of associations
