YouRec is a start-up centered on collection, interpretation and analysis of product reviews from various online platforms, with the goal of providing automated and individualized recommendations for users. Our App contains a unique user profile for each customer, where personal preferences are stored. These data are fed to state-of-the-art Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing algorithms, which compare the profile with those of the other users, and output a user-dependent scoring for each product option: thus, instead of an unreliable averaged rating, users receive individual ratings and recommendations. YouRec is still at the beginning of its journey, but it has enormous growth potential. Currently, we are focusing on restaurants as vertical and to expand our offerings there, you now have the opportunity to jump on board!
We are looking for you, if you:
● Study management (preferably in your master) ● Have knowledge of / interest in market entry strategies and customer relations ● Are an outgoing and strong communicator ● Like the entrepreneurial mindset ● Can work proactively and independently ● Have a good knowledge of English
According to your strengths, you support us in:
● Develop market entry strategies for our new mobile app and actively partake in their realisation
● Identify customer needs, product-market fit and acquisition channels, e.g. via online surveys ● Support us and take over business discussions with pilot clients
