🌕 What we do
We want to understand how firms can identify Web3 talents and attract, recruit and identify them. In this thesis or project study you will do market research both on the firm as well as on the talent side.
⭐ About the opportunity
Identify existing and new ways for web3 talents to find employers and firms to find the right Web3 talent for them.
🤙 Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed industry-specific analyses of Web3 talent market landscape i.e. which firms are offering job matchmaking services for the Web3 community
- Develop ideas on how existing Web3 talent searches could be improved
- Research latest emplover branding activities in the Web3 space
🎓 Background & competencies
- You are enthusiastic about the talents, web3 and NFTs and love analytical challenges
- You are motivated to do in depth research and research an industry from from scratch
- You write well and are articulate
- You know how to research both academic journals as well as popular magazines and social media sources
- You like working together with an interdisciplinary, diverse and international team to enhance different aspects of the organization.
- You are willing to invest into your personal learning and career development and are available for at least 4 months.
