I asked around the people that I have met while being on trips, etc. and wanted to share some real person insights with you:
Questions asked:
-How much times does it take you to create content?
-What is the hardest thing about being a creator?
-What was the biggest payoff/benefit you got from being a creator?
Micro influencer (10K-50K)
User 1: 18.2k followers
1: 1-2 hours a day
2: Uploading content on regular basis even when you don’t feel like it
3: People stopping you on the streets asking for your name and telling you how they got inspired by my content

1.It takes a lot of time to create content. I have to plan where to go, what to wear, the shots I want, etc.
2.It's hard to grow, especially with the ever changing algorithm
3.I have received money, free trips, and cosmetic procedures for free

1. It really depends. It could take minutes or even hours just to create a content especially when the content needs some editing. Sometimes, I didn't even realize that I used over an hour just to choose pictures, edit them and add on the captions
2. Personally, the hardest part is to grow my community. I think every content creator would probably want to grow their own community. However, we all know that it is definitely not the easy part. No matter how much effort you put in to make content consistently, the growth takes time. The only thing you could do is be patient and keep on your work. Try not to compare with the others but focus on your own
3. I think it's the chance you get. As a creator, you get to share things you wanted to share: places, favorite things or even thoughts. I personally always love to see when my words or my content really give some influence to the others. Apart from sharing, you get exposed to more opportunities for sure

1. It depends haha. If pictures editing maybe around 5 minutes for one picture, but videos might be around 30 minutes for one short video
2. The hardest thing as a creator is you need to figure out what kind of content that is suitable for current trend. But, I usually just make videos that I wanted to instead of making a video that can go viral easily. That’s why it’s hard to gain viewers sometimes.
3. Know people from all around the word. And of course editing skills.
