Introduction
Blockdaemon was founded in 2017 by Konstantin Richter. It has its headquarter in Los Angeles, California, United States.
Blockdaemon is a blockchain deployment facilitator that manages nodes and payment rails for blockchain networks. Their solution is fully portable, it allows its user to switch networks and chains with the click of a button, so they don't have to worry about picking the perfect network configuration from day one. They support the blockchain developer ecosystem with best-of-breed dev-ops advice.
The idea for Blockdaemon originated from the founder Konstantin’s experience running Ethereum nodes in 2017, and the realisation that doing so was very difficult with the existing infrastructure at the time—none of the conventional cloud-formation tools available in the market could cater to blockchain. This idea grew into what is now the Blockdaemon platform.
Mission
Blockdaemon believes that a decentralized & global financial future will usher in a healthy future for all of us. All stakeholders will participate in securing these new networks via nodes.
Why Blockdaemon?
Blockdaemon offers node operations and infrastructure tooling for blockchain projects, across their life-cycle: early on it is testing, then staking/reporting, clusters for exchanges/custodians and finally APIs for developers.
Blockdaemon’s node management platform helps auto-scale blockchain networks securely with enhanced monitoring, back-up systems, HA clusters, APIs and cloud-managed node monitoring of on-premises solutions.
