What is next for the automotive industry?

A platform to gather information, spread thoughts, share ideas and discuss the mobility of the future from our Gen Z’s perspective.

Why a blog?

The topic of mobility is trending and environmentally impactful. The future infrastructure of cities and countries will dominate how we organize and live our lives.

We, all born in the early 2000s, recognized that the discussion of mobility is mainly dominated by older generations, but we will have to live in the world based on todays decisions much longer.

This is what drives us to start and host this blog as an information hub and as a place of exchange for ideas and opinions. Through the blog as a starting point for future project ideas, we want to take part in the political and societal discussion by raising our voice as the Generation Z.

How we plan to make an Impact

As moveZ we want that our thoughts and ideas are spread as wide as possible. Therefore we use various channels of communications to reach our peers, as well as other generations we want to get heard from. You can currently find us on Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn, as well as on TUM channels. All links are directly accessible via this blog and we would be happy if you follow us during our project.

Currently we are at the early-stages of this project and are passionate about writing blog posts for you to inform and share our ideas. Still due to our relentless interest in the topic of Mobility we can imagine to spin this project even further. As a Forum for you to discuss, later as a newsletter and report medium. We could even imagine organizing speeches, so that we can give our concerns and ideas a room to evolve. In the final stage we could think about using the knowledge and expertise gained through the process to give advise and consult those in charge of making decisions in the mobility industry always representing the Generation Z.

Why do we engage in this project?

We are three students studying Management & Technology at the Technical University right in the heart of Munich. As part of our bachelor degree we are working on a project study together with the TUM Chair of Strategy and Organization.

Passionate about all aspects of Mobility we decided to absolve this project in form of a website about exactly that topic.

We think that with our study background we can evaluate the economical but also technical aspects in this area of interest and therefore contribute positively to the discussion.
