About the author

Hello, my name is Annika Leemann and I am a Master's student at the Technical University of Munich. I have been enrolled in the Management and Technology program since 2020.

With my specialization in marketing, strategy and leadership, topics in the field of organizational design and the future of work are very interesting to me.

I have now written my master's thesis on the topic "Who thrives and who struggles? A study on the effect of personality in self-managing organizations" at the chair for Strategy and Organization (Prof. Dr. Isabell Welpe), supervised by Dr. Theresa Treffers.
