RESEARCH INTERESTS
I work at the Center for Digital Technology & Management (CDTM), where I deal with topics in the area of entrepreneurship, business modeling and product innovation. My primary research interest is entrepreneurial employer branding. I investigate the the drivers of successful hiring in startups and large corporations. Thereby, I put a special focus in the legitimacy of companies as well as their employer branding activities. In addition I am interested in innovation through design (i.e. design thinking and human-computer interaction), especially HCI-mediated communication. Further, I look at how individuals' motivation for sports is dependent on their personality as well as other more contextual factors. If you share my research interests feel free to approach me any time.
