RESEARCH INTERESTS
My main research interests are in the fields of leadership and emotion. The project Selection and Evaluation of Leaders in Management and Academia (sponsored by a grant from the German Ministry of Research and Education and the European Social Fund) investigates gender-specific influences on the selection and evaluation of leaders in both business and academic work settings. As part of this project’s research team, my work focuses on how gender and emotions impact leader perception.
