RESEARCH INTERESTS
My research focus is to apply the concept of absorptive capacities of an organization to their female employees. The aim is to analyse the relationship and circumstances when female employees and an organization's performance are related and to find out under what organizational circumstances a firm can take advantage of its female workforce.
