  • Unpacking GenAI use: Archetypes and their effects on performance: Observational panel study deriving a typology for GenAI adoption archetypes and linking it to performance while testing training as a moderator
  • A Large-Scale Quasi-Experimental Study across Firms: study examining the business impact of AI augmentation at the individual, team, and organizational levels
  • Who the User Is Matters: Experimental evidence on user diversity, performance, and trust in AI: Testing how user diversity shapes performance, trust, and reliance on AI across task types

Work experience

  • 2 1/2 years as Consultant at BCG with international projects across healthcare (global pharmaceuticals , medical technology and devices) and (Gen)AI , covering topics such as strategic positioning, portfolio analyses, organisational transformations, and tech transformation
  • Internships in academia, consulting, and start-ups

  • MSc. in Business Administration from Humboldt University Berlin
    • Exchange semester at Copenhagen Business School (CBS) with focus on Leadership, Organizational Behavior and Neuroeconomics
  • B.Sc. in Business Economics from Martin-Luther University Halle-Wittenberg
