New financial Instruments

Besides the emergence of the new players in venture capital market, the whole scenario of investment structure in start-up finance has changed and new sources of capital have also been brought into the venture capital market. These new financial structures include crowdfunding, corporate venture capital CVC, family offices, governmental venture capital GVC, mutual funds, sovereign funds, mini bonds, venture debt lenders or funds, co- investment schemes, Initial Coin Offering (ICO), IP-based investment funds and IP-backed debt funds.
