RESEARCH INTERESTS
The center of interest of my research lies on business models in the education technology industry. I focus on which choices in business models foster firm performance. Additionally I am interested in antecedents of learners acceptance of education technology.
A second cornerstone of my research is performance management and in particular the intended and not-intended impact of management by objectives on performance.
